Hi,

As you can see from this poll on [You must login to view link] the best time by far for one day tournaments is 20:00-1:00 on the Saturday reaching over into the Sunday slightly.

The framework will be as follows.
    Tournament begins at 20:00 sharp.

You must be in either the tournament lobby (if I can manage that) or in an official room in the AoT lobby hosted by myself 10 minutes before 20:00. The room will be locked at this point. (This is so I can organise the bracket and other administrative things to make sure it kicks off on time.

The rounds will be BO1's with the finals being a BO3.

Rounds will go for half an hour only. If there has not been a winner decided by 30 minutes (game-time) then the following method will be constructed to judge who wins. TC Count > Score. I.e. if Player a 10000 score and 2 TCs and Player b has 9500 score and 4 TCs player b will win.

If a player drops out during the tournament a player who has been knocked out recently may step in, otherwise a bye will be awarded to the other player.

If the finals are reached and the tournament has run overtime for one reason or another then the tournament organiser may allow the two finalists to reschedule for the next day.

Maps will be random - if highland is selected either player may choose to restart the game. It does not have to be unanimous.

Voobly's anti-cheat protection must be turned on and no glitches, exploits or cheats will be allowed.

Gods may be chosen... If there is a point whereby both players are constantly changing gods to counter-god the other player then a player shall contact the Tournament Organizer and if no agreement on god selection can be made you will have to play as a random god.

The idea of this is to create activity, and hopefully get the word to Gameranger that these sorts of things will be happening and thus bring them over to our server.
I will start hosting these in the very near future, first I just need to make sure that I have the day off to get it started. :D

Regards,
BoIt
