Hi all, another noob question :)

When you have to go back with your units, how to do it in the fastest way?
I read that u have to go to "no attack stance" and then go back. Is it true? Maybe u just patrol back?
Or what else?

Ty very much for the usefull tips!

If your units are patrolling, press stop first and then go back.
If it's really laggy, change stance to "no attack stance". <This is because units freeze and start attacking which ruins your retreat.
If you can, try and retreat 4 groups of 10 men (or something similar) at a time instead of all 40 units in 1 go. This prevents your units from grouping up in formation and losing precious time.
Also if someone is patrolling in to you, send 1 unit in the opposite direction to slow down the opposing forces.
Finally if it's something like your 40 archers in the middle of a map versus 40 enemy cavalry units and there's no way you can out run them nor stand and fight, divide your force in 2 (or more) and send them in opposite directions. At best you save half your force but your opponent will probably split his force and kill both of your groups anyway.
