The Rules

We expect everyone who is playing to behave themselves and have some good games. Any outbursts will be frowned upon and may result in penalties. Keep calm and have fun with this.

Mirror Matches

All the mirror matches played on this tournament must be played with equal positions. If the game sets unequal positions, players have to go back and play those exact same civilizations but with fixed spots. For the second round matches, both teams have a call to restart, if the game gives equal positions, they have 2 minutes to call the restart.

Camping

In the case of 3v3 CBA we define camping as sitting near to your bases, waiting for the other team to make a move. If you and your allies continue camping for an extended period, you will forfeit that game. All such complaints can be made in the admin subforum.

Dropping

If a player drops, the game must be saved and restored. If either team refuses to restore the game, they will forfeit it. If a player drops frequently he should consult tech support and get it fixed before continuing with the matches.

Deleting

Deleting a building or partially built building is only allowed in the following circumstances:
  • It is inside your or your allies base, it has more than 50% health or is under construction and there are no enemy units clearly attempting to raze it or have tried to raze it for villagers.
  • It is in the main map but it is not on the front-line of buildings, it has more than 50% health and there are no enemy units near it.
  • You or your team have a significant number of units fighting in front of the building, it is blocking the way and highly unlikely to be razed for villagers.

Lagging

If a player is causing extreme lag he will be given the chance to sort the problem out. If he does not fix his lag, he will be disqualified from the tournament.

Un-pausing

Anyone who repeatedly un-pauses on their enemies will forfeit the match.
