Sign Up Information

• Sign-ups will close on Wednesday, September 17th @ 23:59pm (-7 GMT).
• Sign-ups consist of 2-person teams or 4-person teams. Each sign-up will have a Team (Friends or Clanmates) of 4 players total.
• To sign up you must agree to the Terms & Conditions.
• All accounts and profile matches will be checked prior to being accepted for entry. If you have been accepted, your team will be added to the Accepted Sign-Ups list.
• Please list the timezone for each player. We need to use this to match you up with players from your similar timezone. The timezone converter will show you which timezone you are in. If possible, try to pick teammates that are in similar timezones. If you are having trouble figuring out your timezone, please send an inbox message to a VCOM Host.

Terms & Conditions

• We have read, understand and agree to the Disqualification Criteria.
• We have read, understand and agree to the Start Date and understand we have one week to complete each round.
• We understand and agree that all matches must be recorded and posted before moving on to the next Round. Recorded Games Thread.
• We/I understand that we/I may not qualify according to profile match information.
• If one of your teammates decides they can't play after sign-ups have closed, then you have the option to play 4v3 or forfeit the tournament. You must play with the same players (accounts) throughout the tournament. You can not change teammates once the Tournament begins. You must change your team before the sign-up closing date.
• Map bugs must be reported to a VCOM Host within the first 10 minutes of the game (example: main gold trapped in trees). Screenshot is required.
• If a player has dropped during the game, it may or may not be restarted based on the current game standings.
  • Message a VCOM Host once the drop occurs. This is to get the match finished in a timely fashion, whether it is restored or restarted.
  • If a player from the winning team dropped, then the match will be restored.
  • If the game is still undecided at the time of the drop, the match will be restored.
    Dropped games have to be restored within 10 min starting at the time of the drop, else the player having a technical issue will be disqualified.
  • If a player from the losing team dropped (and it is clear he is losing), then the losing team will have the option of restoring the game and play 4v3, or they will be disqualified.
  • Other factors in regards to restarting/restoring will be under the VCOM Hosts discretion (i.e. Gold pile is half way into enemies base, extreme lag, etc.). Please message a VCOM Host immediately if you believe a match needs to be restored or restarted. If it is map-related (i.e. a bad map or map bug), it needs to be reported to a VCOM Host within 5 minutes from the start of the game.
