Here is an example on how to get started with trying to schedule your match. It is a good idea to show up in the Tournament Lounge at least 15 minutes before your agreed upon time. This is so you don't arrive late and others have already left waiting for you.

One person in each group taking initiative to maintain a chart of players and their times available in scheduling sub-forum will also help as there are 8 players and some teams are randomly made.

I agree. I also shouldn't have to keep posting on players' walls and sending them messages on the client. Players wanted this tournament so they should be making more of an effort to schedule their matches.
