Our team has most players on US timescale, so first need wait till they get on before we can say something about the proposal.

but 29th. 11 UTC - will probably not work, because it is working day and time

but you will hear a proposal as soon as they get on

The Same time on any day on next week, Saturday will be good.
Everyone can get enough time to prepare or finish their work.
Plz whenever u Fix a date or time, Post it on walls otherwise no one read
