Why SLP files from Voobly incorrect?

I tried to build Voobly mod "Real Farms" in terrain.drs file using DRS Editor from Turtle Pack. But none SLP file will not replace correctly. The editor displays a message "Incorrect file type or the file is corrupted"
Why so?

If a mod uploaded by voobly admin they can protect files by making this "blocking". If you need the editable version you have to ask the uploader for it.
