Network diagnostic: connection failure

Since 2 days, it looks like that one of the three servers doesn't work. I've disabled the firewall, opened the doors, but nothing, the problem is still there. This causes fast proxy with some players, but not everybody (it's like one of 8 players).
What can i do tho solve the problem?

Thank you

hi
yes looks ok. you dont need the dx ports set [unless you play elsewhere or by ip]
is your anti-virus scanning everything? i see port mapping on your s/shots, is there no port forward or virtual server?
your wi-fi, that is to your own router i assume?

It's a "Telecom Italia" modem

hi
ok
can you turn it over and see who made it?
have you tried a direct connection to the router/modem to see if that helps?

Made by technicolor. I can't try a direct connection, i have a desktop computer and the modem is too far. I'd have to buy a long cable

ho
ok
thanks
these are the technicolour modem/routers most in use. find the model number of the one you have and from here click on it
[You must login to view link]
follow it through to the set up and check your ok there.
i assume it is a modem come router you have?
is the firewall you used, the inbuilt windows one? allow voobly/game through it.
make sure your game is installed like this
C:Program files[86]/Microsoft Games/Age Of Empires11/
with any compatibility mode that works.
