Gameplay changes
1 Genshis Khan cost now 2 kings
10 Scythian Scouts cost now 3 kings
2 kings for +25 ap tower is now +50 ap
Bug fix
When a player dies but is still in the game(unit garrisoned inside ally tower) he will not receive spell kings anymore.
