I was wondering if someone could help me out with my problem.

the network checker you used is unfortunately unreliable at this time. the one found here is better for specific port checking

check your game is installed like this and patched

explain how you connect to the internet and any port forwarding you have done. have you allowed voobly/game through your pc firewall and anti-virus?
