Just spectated on a CBA game where one of the players walled in his allies after there was only 1 enemy left and also blocked them from going to the last enemy with his units. The game was not able to be completed.

is this common?

Not common, but happens.

In this chase just post a complain at the AoC CS Complaints forum page and the abuser gets what he deserved.
