Game goes out as soon as i enter the game

i've been facing this problem for couple days now, witch when i either host or join a game in AOE The Conquerors only (game works fine with AOK) when the game starts it loads fine but then it goes out to disktop by itself.
How to fix it?

  1. Run your Game (age2_x1.exe) on Compatibility Mode ► choosing [You must login to view link].
  2. Use our recommended game room settings - set like this exactly:
    Voobly Game-Room

I tried that but the problem still there, each time the game starts it goes out
