The immunity is for when you play seeded clans and not against each other. If you cast your immunity in the 1v1 or 2v2 round and that map comes up in the decider then the map is still immune from being vetoed. If you cast your immunity in the 3v3/4v4 round and that map comes up in the random round then it can be vetoed

So week 1 starts tomorrow right? Can there be more guidance before all hell breaks loose? Such as deadlines/timeframes (i.e. last chance time where all maps have to be played), when maps have to be submitted (tonight? Tomorrow morning?).

Also individual threads for each clan vs clan could already be up to help official preparations, would help things go more smoothly. Can we make them in the correct sections? Or do we wait for you to do it?

I will be creating individual scheduling threads in the appropriate sections today ive been waiting until the roster lock is in place. You will have from the 1st of February to the 14th of February (6pm gmt deadline) to schedule and play your games.

Map picks dont have to be given until one hour before games are played but we do prefer if you can sort map picks out sooner. You can either wait until an hour before or post them in the thread sooner. If myself or another vcom admin/tournament host is online and we will endeavor to try and have someone available you can give your map picks to them and they will post them both together. If myself or an admin isnt available you will be required to post them in the schedule thread yourself at least one hour before games are played. Dont rely on one of us being there though and be ready to post them yourselves incase we cant make it

Oh okay, the schedule says week 1, week 2 etc. So i assumed we only had one week to play. Two weeks is much easier.

are newcomer clans with immunities allowed to play 1 player for more than 1 1v1 or does it have to be diff player per each 1v1 inc. decider? ie possible 3 players per clan

All clans will need a minmum of 3 different players for 1v1

all 1v1s in every league are 3 seperate players over all 1v1s.. so you need 3 players.

Only difference is in the group stages dv8 DsyR FIz & IC have 1 immunity map they are allowed when they play vs a seeded team.

I have made a slight edit to the rules to counter a problem I remembered about last year:

"While we do prefer that you sort your map picks out sooner than the day of the games, please note if you do that is you confirming your map picks. You wont be able to change your map picks on the day unless vetos are used. Certain leniency might be allowed if for example one player who was set to play a map doesnt show up and you need to change a pick as a result. But in this instance we will only allow you to change one pick."

So while you can wait until one hour before games for your map picks please be aware of the above if you are sorting your map picks out in advance of the day of the games. If anyone has any questions on the above feel free to ask
