The answer to your question lies within the message itself. You are seeing this error because you have joined a game room where the host has disabled NAT traversal. This means if your router supports NAT (sym or asym) you will probably not be able to connect to the host.
There are 2 ways to fix this problem. You can either disable NAT on your router (not recommended) OR you could ask the host to enable NAT traversal on that room. Remember almost everybody you play on Voobly would be using NAT traversal. The only players who would disable this are the ones who prefer to play with Anti cheat disabled since anti cheat cannot be disabled with NAT enabled. Few players may also choose to use this as a means to mask their fp issues.
EDIT:
This host is probably fp to a lot of users which is why he chose to disable NAT since he has anti cheat enabled.
