From your screenshot it appears that you are having trouble launching the game offline (outside Voobly). Where did you get the game from?

Please follow the steps mentioned here to perform a clean installation of the game:

If you have the HD version, then use this:

Thank you for your response. I will try the mentioned methods.

I first noticed this when I was attempting to spectate a game on Voobly earlier today. I had never had this problem before, as a matter of fact I spectated a number of games before this occured.

Thank you for the details.

Your first priority should be to get rid of that trojan. Assuming you do have an active subscription of an anti virus and anti malware program, use it to scan and remove all such trojans of your computer. The trojan you mentioned is of high severity and should be addressed immediately. If you do not have an anti-malware/ anti-virus program installed on your computer, get that first. For your current situation, even Microsoft security essentials (free) will suffice, but I would strongly recommend a commercial program.

Now coming to your problem. If you downloaded this game from an untrusted source, I would strongly recommend against it. Voobly does not endorse or encourage piracy and by extension the use of pirated softwares including games downloaded from illegitimate sources. The use of pirated softwares on your computer not only posses a security risk but also inflicts you with the liabilities of a legal recourse.
For more information on Voobly's stance on piracy and the use of pirated applications, please refer to this article:

I would suggest that you consider purchasing the game from an online store like Ebay/ Amazon/ Steam etc, or a local store if you have any.

If you did indeed purchase the game, do make sure that you are running the game with recommended game room settings as outlined [You must login to view link]. You can verify this by hosting a game room in any lobby.
