The things is that your game directory path location was completely wrong (c:\program files\voobly). I think you just copied your game folder from somewhere and pasted it in Voobly directory folder. please...please don't do like that. you must install your game and voobly on it's default (different) locations not on the same folder. so what you do now exactly; Hold shift key and delete your old Voobly+Game folder and then first install your game on it's default location (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Age of Empires II) and then install Voobly.
