I have the latest userpatch (2015/07/23) installed. I'm using win10x64. When I run the game directly from age2_x1.exe everything works fine. In Voobly the game overall does not seem to run smoothly. In particular there is a very noticeable mouse lag and when starting the game in single player I can see that the intro movies are pixilated and blocky. I tried disabling "Hardware Acceleration" and "Scaling on high DPI Settings" and it removes the mouse lag, but it makes the mouse movement jagged. I tried also a few other settings, running as admin and compatibility mode. It almost seems as if Voobly applies an overlay to the game regardless of the Live Streaming settings both being OFF that prevents the game from being hardware accelerated properly. In the registry editing the DirectPlay entry CommandLine from "Lobby" to "Lobby NormalMouse" fixes the mouse lag issue. However disabling hardware acceleration and "fixing" the mouse this way isn't really a fix. I haven't played with Voobly in a while, but I clearly remember maybe a year ago that there weren't any problems like these. Below is a Game Diagnostics

my first suggestion would be to put the game in the correct directory.
C:Program files[86]/Microsoft Games/Age Of Empires11/
and see if that helps or not.
voobly goes like that well
