Very few people on Voobly actually read forums, let alone the Community forums that are under other ten major other sections. For RM tournaments, you should always use the AoCZone forums to get attention. Though, I think there is no cure for the lack of players from CS side.
Yes, i agree with you. And i tried to get players from Game-Ranger by posting the forum link in the Game Description by premium members there sitting 24x7. I got many visitors but hardly any registration was made.

And Vaibhav also created a whatsapp group which currently has 30+ active members in it. I am still advertising voobly on Game-Ranger. But as GR blocks all voobly URL's it's really hard to get players via [You must login to view link] link.
If i host this tourney for world wide then i might get 7 teams, the idea of registration as low as 1$ was just to get players seriously play in the tournament rather than just give out names and not show themselves in the tournament. Which i made it free of cost with same cash prize as i didn't get the required teams for which i have to host and make this work.
The thread will be updated accordingly and changes will be made if necessary.
