Restarts

In the bo3 series, both players get 1 restart. In the bo5 series, both player get 2 restarts. When restarting a match, you must first announce so in the in-game chat, and resign immediately after this is done. Restarts must be called before the 5 minute mark. If a player resigns after 5 minutes, this player loses the match, and the victory goes to the other player. If a map is bugged, players are again allowed to call a restart before the 5 minute mark. Restarting because of a bugged map doesn't count towards the 1 or 2 allowed restarts that each player has.
What counts as a bugged map:
    - The standard resources being stuck behind a forest(8 sheep, 2 boar, 1 patch of forage bushes, 3 gold mines, 2 stone mines)
    - Missing walls
    - A part of the base being seperated by a forest

Disqualification

Players may, at any stage in the tournament, be disqualified for any the following reasons:
    - Stalling a game when winning is impossible(hiding units across the map, walling in surviving villagers etc.)
    - Excessive trash talking
    - Any form of rascism/discrimination

If a player is disqualified, his opponent will automatically be granted the victory.

Organizing matches

Players are expected to arrange their own matches. Usually, there will be a time period of about 7 days in which the match is supposed to take place. If no appointment can be arranged between the two players, a tournament admin will help arrange a time.

When a match is over, the winner will immediately post the results and the links to the played matches, including matches that were restarted, on the forums. [link]

All matches must be played in the tournament lobby, on the VCOM Ladder.

The host of the match is responsible for using the exact game settings as stated above. Note the 3 player map size and conquest victory settings. If a match is played under different settings, it must be replayed under the correct settings.

If a player fails to show up on time, there is a maximum of 15 minutes that the opposite player has to wait, before the victory automatically goes to him/her. If one of the players fails to arrive, the waiting player must take a screenshot showing [You must login to view link] (so the current time is clearly visible) with the Tournament Lobby Game Room and post the screenshot in Admin Requests topic, with a link to the post in the Scheduling forums where the game time was arranged and confirmed.

Prize

The first prize of a 1-year Voobly silver account will be awarded withing one week after the results of the final match have been posted on the forums. Both the winner and the runner up will also receive an award on their profile.
