DLL problem installing aoe on win 8

Hello guys,
I have dll problem when i install aoe on win 8 64 bit. I also tried installling it on 32 bit bit. but still problem doesn't solved. I also downloaded another setup from internet but still i m unlucky.
Don't know is this right place to solve system related problems.
screenshot is attached showing error pop up.

Instead of downloading a pirated version off the internet, consider buying a legit version from Ebay/Amazon or a local store if you have any. Downloadable version from Steam is also available for AOC HD.

Once you have the legit version of the game, you will not have these install issues.
