How to Schedule

  1. Look for your current scheduling thread created by an admin for you and your opponent.
  2. Post what time zone you are in, and what times you think you will be able to play this week in GMT time. Check your time in GMT here [You must login to view link]

eg Team 1 - "Hi, we are gmt +8 and +10
    Our best start times are
    Monday - Not available
    Tuesday - 8-11GMT
    Wednesday - Not available
    Thursday - 8-12GMT
    Friday 6-13GMT and 22-24GMT
    Saturday 0-13GMT and 22-24GMT
    Sunday 1-12GMT"

Team 2 - "Hey there, we are gmt +1 and +2
    Our best times are
    Monday - 18-21GMT
    Tuesday - Not Available
    Wednesday - Not available
    Thursday - 12-16GMT
    Friday 14-23GMT
    Saturday 10-20GMT
    Sunday 10-18GMT"

  3. Do not do:

Team 1 - "Hey when can you play?"
    Team 2 - "I don't know, when can you?"
    Team 1 - "tuesday 2gmt?"
Team 2 - "nah can't do that, how about wednesday 15 gmt?"

  4. Compare your available times with the times for the other team. If there is a clear overlay of 2-3 hours suggest one of those times.

    eg T1 - "Friday 22GMT or Saturday 10GMT?
    T2 - "Saturday 10GMT confirmed"

  5. If Anything comes up and you are unable to play, post in the scheduling thread right away so that the other team doesn't need to waste their tie waiting around, and attempt to reschedule.

  6. Once two Teams have arranged and confirmed a time to play, the maximum waiting time is 30 minutes. If one of the teams fails to arrive, the waiting team must take a screenshot showing [You must login to view link] (so the current time is clearly visible) with the Intermediate Player Lobby Game Room and post the screenshot in Admin Requests topic, with a link to the post in the Scheduling forums where the game time was arranged and confirmed.
  7. If two teams have not scheduled a time come friday, then an Admin Time may be set. This time will not be between 2-6 am for the majority of a team.
