How to play against AOE II HD Artificial Intelligence on Voobly?

I want to play with friends against the Age of Empires II HD artificial intelligence on Voobly. We are only given the original AI as an option. Is there a patch somewhere that would allow us to play against the new HD AI?

"Barbarian plays most maps with any civ. It randomly picks a strategy depending on civ. At 1v1 it's also possible to make Barbarian some strategies by taunts. It is able to use sling if two or more Barbarians team up, and it also works with The Horde as an ally."
