It's time to vote for the next League to replace Smosh/Archers Blood (sometime in April).
Two of the three maps listed will be added as the next Leagues.

What is a league? Is concept similar to the last rcb league,, top ranks win?

Leagues are temporary competitive ladders that usually are surrounded by a tournament for the maps being hosted under that specific league.
