Hello i need help with AOMT. When i want to join a game then i get an error (see picture). How can i solve it?

Hi
Unable to join usually indicates a connection problem, e. g. a firewall either Windows Firewall or some Internet Security software. Make sure Age of mythology is allowed to access the internet.
