today i have faced atleast 15 crashes; while being in the lobby or in a room
no issues while playing a game

follow these..
open the lobby then from your options > Run Network diagnostics
And copy the results to here

Please find your voobly folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Voobly) and upload Voobly.txt, Voobly(1).txt etc. + minidump (1).dmp to this topic. this helps us finding the cause of the error. You'll have to click "Quick reply" before you type anything to see the upload options of the forum.

Edit: hotfix was released. Can you let us know, if you still experience these crashes, plz? thank you
