its an access error. if its only showing on game start, its probably something to do with the game installation. see if the game starts ok completely off of voobly. if it doesnt you need to uninstall it, remove the folders from programs[86] reboot the pc. reinstall the game from the cd's.
could also be damaged system files. do a virus/trojan scan. from events in admin tools you should be able to see the error in more detail.
