I bought steam and Age of Empires II HD and The Forgotten.
When i try to instal wololoKingdom patch it says it couldn't found the file 51131.slp
What am i doing wrong or do i need to do to fix this.

Sounds like your Steam installation is missing that file - Verify your game files (right-click age2hd in the steam library->properties->local files->verify game files), then try again.
