Hi, since I get my internet home restablished(before neighbor passes me wifi), I can't play using my network, not even using ethernet cable.
This disconnected message from server, only appears when using my home internet for play "aoe" not in other games like e.g "paladins" So... In order to play without this sudden disconexion I must use neighbor's wifi but give yellow lag bar or worse in-game-lag.

I'm using a Telmex infinitum modem Arcadyan.
Yes, I'm from Mexico.

hay muchos videos / tutoriales en este enrutador.
parece que necesitaría reenviar el puerto 16000udp a la ip privada de su PC y eliminar todas las demás configuraciones. [apague UPnP.] dhcp y paso 1 le mostrará cómo encontrar la IP privada:

también necesita permitir voobly / juego a través de cualquier firewall en la pc.
