offline patch selection tool

each time i start AOC it shows mit the voobly patch windows with all
patches from the past... see attachment
so i have to scroll down each start to choose the latest one.. v.1.5 Beta R5
any idea how i can delete old patches from that window

was not really that path... but i found the right one...
c:\program files(x86)\microsoft games\age of empires II\voobly mods\aoc\patches

How do i add that feature to my offline ? I want to see 1.5 as my option for offline . Thanks
