Hi, I have problem with client.

When I log in for the first time he sends me the following message

"Network Connection Error [Code: 40000000]. Connection errors are typically caused by a temporary server outage, a firewall, or a problem with your internet connection. If it's been a long time since you've connected to Voobly it's recommended that you redownload the client from the website."

If I try again, log in success, but when i enter the game lobby, after10 minutes, It Disconnects me.

I have windows 8.1, i dont mod.
I have ESET Smart Security 9 Antivirus

I think that is the Antivirus'firewall but i dont know configuration

hi
that error can be a password or name error. if eset has a f/wall make sure the MS pc f/wall is off. you dont need two. set eset to allow voobly and the game.

This will break Voobly, UAC must be enabled.

Can you please connect to your router and check, whether the connection to the internet is being interrupted or whether you are connected for more than x hours?

hi
probably the status page will show you the router up time. which should many days etc. should also be a page were you can access router logs and that will show you each time it connects/ dis-connects. [logging may not be by default, you may need to enable logging if you havnt done so]
