How players will pick their civilizations?
Basically, players must choose civilizations according to the order of their spot. Eg.
If spots 1357 vs spots 2468 Then:
1.- P1 Pick civilization
2.- P2 Pick civilization
3.- P3 Pick civilization
4.- P4 Pick civilization
5.- P5 Pick civilization
6.- P6 Pick civilization
7.- P7 Pick civilization
8.- P8 Pick civilization
Civilizations CAN NOT be repeated, and each team will take the host 1 time in the best of 3,if 1-1 then the 3rd game will be hosted by the team that has finished the game that won the fastest. Eg
Team1 vs Team2:
Match 1: Win Team1 in 01:03:45
Match 2: Win Team2 in 00:59:32
Match 3: must be hosted by Team2
- Each round will have different civilizations in host spot, eg:
Round 1: Hosts must take mayans
Ban option: Each team will have to ban 3 civilizations per round, which will be a total of 6 civilizations banned for bo3 (3 civilizations per team), eg:
Round 1: Hosts must take mayans.
Team 1: Ban Aztecs, Teutons and Britons
Team 2: Ban Saracens, Mongols and Mayans
Civilizations must be banneds before of choose in-game.
A complete example would be something like:
Round 1: Host must take pers
Team 1: Ban Saracens, Mongols and Huns
Team 2: Ban Celts, Turks and Byzantines
Match 1: Win Team1 in 01:38:45
Match 2: Win Team2 in 00:34:32
Match 3: must be hosted by Team2
And yes, if the enemy only generates a long game to extend the duration of the victory, that's where you have to find the quickest way to kill him
What civilizations could be blocked in the host spot?
There are 6 possible civilizations that can be blocked in the host spot for each round in the tournament (The civilizations that are placed will be placed in the brackets next to their respective round)
Mongols
Aztecs
Britons
Pers
Goth
Koreans
Dropping and Lag Rules
If a player disconnects, the game will be resumed. That is to say, the saved game will be restored and completed.
If the game cannot be restored, we will try to view the recorded game. If one player/team was going
to win without any doubt they will be awarded the win. If there was no obvious winner then the game will be replayed with the exact same settings.
If the same player constantly disconnects, they/their team will forfeit and the other player/team will progress to the next round. The exception to this rule is if the tournament has not progressed past the first round. A replacement can then be added to the offending team.
If a player is causing unplayable lag and can clearly be proven as the sole cause of the lag then that player may be disqualified.
Pausing Rules
Each team/player can pause once in game for a total of 5 minutes. Other players are not allowed to unpause until they are sure that that everyone has returned. Any player who has paused for longer than this period, without the permission of the other player/team, will be asked to unpause or an admin win will be granted to the other player/team.
Deleting RulesPlayers who repeatedly unpause before the 5 minutes is up will cause an admin win to be granted to the other player/team.
A pause will be allowed to exceed 5 minutes if the player if communicating with a tournament organizer.
Deleting buildings in maps that have rewards for razing is generally not permitted in tournament play. A partially built building counts as a razing and will cause you to violate the rule.
Unbuilt buildings that need to be deleted can be deleted, if no any enemy unit is trying to raze it nor is near it.
Break Rules
Every team has the right to take a 10-15 minute break between the semi-finals and final games of the tournament.
Teams that take unofficial breaks will be judged depending on the situation. If an organiser determines them to be wasting time they will be disqualified.
Language Rules
Discriminatory language in any form is not tolerated. A violation of this rule can result in disqualification. Keep in mind that there are
official rules related to this concern.Simple trash talk is allowed since it has always been part of competitive activities such as sports or games. Keeping it to a minimum would be nice though.

I have a better proposal:
Aoc has 18 civis, then the teams will have to "use" those 18 civis in the 2 or 3 games that they will play, without repeating any. And so demonstrate who can handle better with less power than the enemy, and not always choose sarras / pers / mongs / byz, and try to make the enemy try to find a better combination without always using them.
It is worth noting that in the same game you cant repeat the civis (i mean t1 and t2
cant put sarra in same game).
And That the civilizations are chosen 1 for 1, and not the 4 per team, but choose a civilization and position (p1 mongs), then comes t2 and choose civilization and position (p5 spot pers) and done.
Basically you mean that the teams will have to choose between 18 civilizations in the 2 (or 3 if they are 1-1) games with only one use each of them? Which means that in the best of 3 teams each on their own can only choose Saracens once in the 3 games, right?
Sounds good idea, let's see what other players think.
The option to ban 2 civilizations (1 for each team) in bo3 seems to me a good idea with / without what you raised previously.
+1, Most CBA Hero random games do not come with pre-defined spots.
It's pick civ so I did not want to see a mirror tournament, and the hidden civilizations would not make much sense with the configurations I made (players can not choose repeated civis)
