I have successfully installed the client, however when i select my game list, it states there is a game installation problem: Launching Voobly installer service does not work... "You must install the most recent 1.0c compatibility pack for Age2HD" when i click this there is no installer service that pops up.. when I attempt to load the patch browser site to fix the issue, it says connection timed out and I am unable to download the patches required.. please help! i also have error code 50000000 when attempting to create a lobby..
I downloaded aoe2 through steam does this effect it?

I still need help!

I have followed the exact instructions, however once I reach step 12, and attempt to press 'yes' for voobly to fix the problem for me, Nothing will pop up

it goes to the next page and this dialogue appears:
"Launching Voobly installer service... please rescan after downloading and installing.

If the installer isn't successful please download and run the installer from the patch website."

Needless to say, the installer does not successfully download, it doesnt even pop up. When i click the link for the patch website ([You must login to view link]) It just states that connection has timed out and that the site is taking too long to respond.. My personal network connection is fine, and firewall is not an issue as i turned it off for this issue..

any additional advice would be appreciate,
