pc reset Sound\music.m3u was not found in its proper place.

Hi,

I had a problem on my laptop so I reset the laptop. Now I have download aoe HD on steam and I want to install it on voobly. However I get this error:

Sound\music.m3u was not found in its proper place.

How can I fix this? I tried running the game fix several times :P

So is the compatibility patch supposed to copy this Sound\music.m3u file from the installer to the folder? Because it doesn't! I do not have the Sound folder.
And I already checked - I don't have an extra folder in my installation (I have C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Age2HD)
what worked for me was to create that folder and that file from a .txt
