I want to know if someone can help me. My Voobly Cliente keeps disconnecting (Code: 10000001) or closing every 10, 15, 20 minutes while I'm playing or not.
I run the Network Diagnostics, uninstalled Voobly, Aoe2HD, reinstalled everthing again and the problem continues.
Can someone help me?
Thanks in advance.

Voobly and AoE2HD are allowed to run through Windows Firewall too.
top of a lobby, options, do the network/game diagnostics and show here.
have you forwarded any ports? has anything changed on the pc etc? new isp. router etc?
Kitt, I updated my win 10 with the 30th april update. Now, I removed this update and apparently the issue is gonne. Do you know if it is related?
[Edit]
Hi, Kitt.
I'm trying to forward the 16000 port, but I don't know if I did it right so I deleted the forwarded config I did it in my modem config. I didn't change ISP or modem and it is a mitrastar gpt-2541gnac-n1 (fiber connection). I've tried both wifi or cable.

Yes, it is. I will contact my ISP because I can't find. Thank you for answer me.
