I am Using a 4G connection which seems to be unstable (just a hypothesis) thus port forwarding isn't helping. I contacted the help and support and they refered me here. I have tried port forwarding which is doing no good. any one can help me o this I'll be greatfull.
Network Diagnostic test result:

"Received data from 'server 1' through port 9583 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 2' through port 48187 (this is your WAN or router port)
Received data from 'server 3' through port 58068 (this is your WAN or router port)
14 seconds left.
9 seconds left.
4 seconds left.

Test Result: Symmetric NAT
Network Health: Poor
Recommended Action: Port forwarding recommended or switch routers. The only port you need to forward is UDP port 16000 on Voobly you do NOT need the direct play ports 2300-2400 and 47624.
Details: Your router assigned different public ports to all the test servers this will make it hard for users to directly connect to you. You will likely see a large number of fast proxies."

Hello, MartianMango.

G Connections are very unstable and it would be best to get a Modem/Router for a Stable Connection. You could play on the G connection but you will Lag most of the time and not connect to players very often. Even if we tried to "port forward" It wouldn't help at all or atleast not for long.

Cheers, TroySupport
