Hello good day, I have the problem: When I'm playing, the connection drops.
deactivated the firewall, and tried to open the ports manually from the pc and the modem.
What else could I do?
use internet cable (ethernet)

hi
is this a new problem? whats altered on the pc etc? new isp, new router etc?
general points:
allow voobly and the game through your pc firewall. same for your anti-virus.
go here and use the free open port checker to see if 16000udp is open: [You must login to view link]
check your port forwarding is correct and that the private ip you used is still the same. talk to the isp and ask if you are on a shared wan ip.
