i cant download certain if any mods and when I do it refreshes the page and when I go in game the mods are not there

have you enabled the mods in the game room after d/loading?
is your user account control on? have you checked the pc firewall or anti-virus is not stopping the d/load?
wha mods cannt you d/load?

I don't understand the first questions...I click download now it refreshes internet page everytime and I still do not have any of the mods after doing this...

Are you trying to find visual or data mod?

If your download is failed, make sure voobly run as admin in your UAC, also your AV/Firewall/Windows Defender not block Voobly (add it as exception).
