Lag/ fp issues with aruba router-need help!

I'm having lag issues and I am unable to do port forwarding as I cannot login my router's page. Using the default gateway IP, I cannot go the router's webpage. Aruba routers model doesn't display any model number either. So I can't find which model it is.

I suggest you call your internet provider and have them enable the ports on your modem or guide you on how to do it. The only port required is UDP port 16000.
