Im getting this error all the time i tried to open the port but still the same.

I have a Cianet modem cts2742b-w and cant find the solution for this.

Did you forward your 16000 UDP port correctly in your router?

Since you tried, please provide us a screenshot with the router setup you did.

Also, if everything is fine in your side (You put a static IP on your computer and configured it in your router while port forwarding 16000 UDP) , you'll probably need to call your ISP asking them to unblock your 16000 UDP port.
192.168.86.1 is the router ip access.
