Another noob to voobly with Hotkey issues

Ive got my hotkeys how I want them on voobly to work when i play a game against an Ai

but whenever i join a real game with other poeple the keys change to another preset,

please help me. i love this game and im sick of playing on steam.

Is it possible that your games with other people are on a different mod? (E.g. single player your playing normal the conquerors, multiplayer you're playing wololokingdoms). Then you need to start that mod in singleplayer too and create a profile in-game
