Disconnected Randomly 2 times before (last week)
when i check desktop i found voobly disconnected
and show me, choose reconnect - cancel
and today i see a weird issues
we was playing good and all my team doing good
then the game stopped like someone lagged, ok
then all got disconnect and show me i'm victores
i check disktop, found voobly like that !

The freezing problem occurs the second time today
My team was the winner in this battle, The other team has no chance of resistance

do the game and network diagnostics from options at the top of a lobby and show here.
have you forwarded any ports on the router, chnged isp or package lately? any major pc changes?
are you connecting by dsl or fibre from a local box?

for me is everything is good playing games on voobly and out of voobly
this problem is happened this week like i said (not only for me)
i post this after an other play post about this issue, to show his not the only one who faced this problem

Edit :
- nothing changed on my network or my computer everything is some like most the time
- DSl ( internet is fine)

there was an update to voobly a few days ago i believe.
a couple thing that may or not help. your game is not in the recommended place. it needs to be like this:
as you can see your game and voobly are in different directories. one in D and one in C. both need to be in C:Program files[86]/Microsoft Games/Age Of Empires11 [looks like if you have a 64bit system]
as above.

also
if you have the steam version follow this tutorial for a good install: https://support.voobly.com/display/vkb/KB1054+Clean+installation+of+Aoe2HD+with+compatibility+patch
you need to make sure your pc firewall allows voobly and the game through.

i play it like that from years never this happened
(only this last week - the re-connect happened 2 times, the freezes 2 time )
the game is not in the recommended (i don't think is the problem) if it, by the last updated
i will give it a try, re-install both the game and voobly ( recommended install )
(i play non-steam version on voobly)
if anything is happened i will update it to you.

It happened again (randomly) with no reason, no lag, the game was good

As well as you see I did not see any problem from me
is happen randomly to all the players on the match
I noticed only one thing :
it is happen only when a player leaves, resigned, disconnected.

it happens some times that a disconected/dropped player seems to screw the game and one player gets the points. that happens to every one.
the above diagnostic is for a cd set up of aoc. you have steam so why not use that set up and see?
you have no steam install yet of aoc then there would be nothing to uninstall. the cd/steam version exist in separate places no need to uninstall the cd version.

here, after 45 minutes of play my vlooby falls and my net continues to run.
