-Did you use any tool to install your game ?
-Also, did you follow correctly the guide link I showed you before?

* Just Steam and Voobly.
* Yes i did.

Did you use any tool before to install your game ? Do you have any antivirus?

İ'm already uninstall and install on steam. No antivirüs and the firewall. İt's should be Windows 7 compatibility issue?

İ'm uninstall Age of Empires , Voobly , Steam and delete all backup files and record book files. İ did it again and works. Thank you +Hassan_VTech for your interest.
