Game lag initially after launcch

hi
I have very good internet connection . every game starting 3-5 mins i lag horribly. i dont know what is wrong. i tried disabling addtional mods, effects etc. none of these seem to work. please help me fix this . all pings are usually 300 i game, before game etc
