Hi have new pc and new internet connection.
Always i have fp problems.
In network diagnostic i can see that:
Your local network port (UDP) is 16000. All game traffic is routed through this port. This can be changed in "Settings" -> "NAT Traversal".

Network Health: Poor
Recommended Action: Port forwarding recommended or switch routers. The only port you need to forward is UDP port 16000 on Voobly you do NOT need the direct play ports 2300-2400 and 47624.
Details: Your router assigned different public ports to all the test servers this will make it hard for users to directly connect to you. You will likely see a large number of fast proxies.

I try to watch some tutorial on youtube, but i'm very bad in solve pc problems. Someone can help me step by step?
Il mio consiglio è provare a chiamare il tuo gestore e chiedere se da parte loro posso aprirti la porta 16000 UDP, fatto ciò chiedi anche che tipo di IP pubblico hai se statico o variabile.
Solitamente i gestori fanno pagare per avere un'IP statico, ma è anche vero che non è strettamente necessario e conveniente, ma questa è una valutazione che dovrai fare tu in termini di soldi.
Ma prima di procedere con qualsiasi acquisto aggiuntivo fatti aprire per adesso la porta 16000 UDP, e poi provi di nuovo ad entrare su voobly e vedere se ti esce ancora "symmetric nat".
