I run into this far too often - I'm winning a game decisively against a much higher ELO player and then all of a sudden the game absolutely freezes or they initiate the vote to end screen and never vote. It's incredibly frustrating, I can only assume the other person goes AFK and waits for the victim to resign and quite. Are there any workarounds to this problem? I'm currently stuck in one such game and refuse to resign...
