Aoe2DE was released only two weeks ago. You must give it more time to see how it develops.

I disagree. Voobly is still the platform of choice for competitive AoE2 gameplay. Despite the nice additions to the game in the DE version, the lobby system there leaves much to be desired.

The WK team will release a new version of WK soon, which will bring most of the DE QoL features to AOC. This will not include the enhanced graphics (due to lagging / performance issues) and the new civs (legal issues with MS).

but there is another expansion to AoE 2 its called Forgotten Empires

I guess the infinite farm button, queueing up technologies after unitprodution and stuff like that.
