Please open your control panel --> Programs and Features.
Look for an option on the left that says 'Turn windows programs on or off'. Once the list has loaded, look for 'Legacy components' --> 'Directplay'
Uncheck that box. Restart your computer. Repeat the steps above and check the box for directplay again.

Ese procedimiente ya lo hice, es lo mismo que dice voobly y NO funciona.
