I was excited by Hidden Cup III and really want to start playing AOE2 again.
I havent played online games in a long time so I am not familiar with steam or Voobly
Ques1: Where can I buy AOE2 HD on internet?
(i dont have steam)

Ques2: What special installations I need to do to run it with Voobly.
