We have the same versi'on of the game. I turn off the fire wall, uninstall, check compatibility modes... and nothing. I also look for a solution in goolgle and there is more people with the same problem but not fixed.
After these error ocurred, I have to delete a d3d9.dll file to play again offline. (the game works ok without voobly).
Anybody have a idea to fix it?

its an access error. if its only showing on game start, its probably something to do with the game installation. You said it works outside of Voobly. Where did you get the game from could possibly be some corrupted files causing this as well.
Make sure Voobly/Game is allowed through firewall/antivirus.
