Voobly messenger not working

Hi Tech team,

Since yesterday, I am able to login in voobly messenger (can see online / offline friends) but not able to chat with any one or receive msg. Message window is blank like attached screenshot. Please help.

The messenger window is off screen, you must hover over it on the messenger windows preview, then right-click and maximize.
